a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items
that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have
finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a
few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
Payment can be via Paypal (which accepts Visa, Mastercard and Debit cards), Cheque,
Postal Order, Cash, or on Account (subject to terms and conditions).
Delivery Schedule After
placing your order, we aim to dispatch packages within 48 hours (often
faster). If there is any problem with
your order we will contact you as soon as possible.

Items purchased from this webshop, you are protected
by the terms of the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000
(Distance Selling Regulations).
Please advise us if you have not received your item through the post. We
will chase the post office and advise you if it has been traced and likely to
arrive in the near future. In the meantime, we will replace the items. If the earlier package arrives, please return
the excess items to us, otherwise we will claim for the loss through the post
office.
Please notify us as soon as possible, if an item has been delivered in
an unsatisfactory condition. We will
provide a full refund or a replacement for the item. Please return the item to
us. We will cover the return delivery
cost and will send the replacement item by first class post. Otherwise, we will refund the payment for the
item.
As a consumer you are entitled to cancel the contract within seven working days
of receiving the goods. If you intend to cancel the contract, you must inform
us in writing that you intend to do so. If the contract is cancelled, you will
be responsible for returning the goods to us in an "as new and
unused" condition, together with the original packaging, at your own
expense.
